Excellent full body / core workout Review by Erica
I have an injured knee, so this workout is perfect to get my heart rate up and build muscle in all parts of the core and arms, and even a bit in the legs. There are frequent very brief rests between the challenging elements. There are frequent changes in the movements so it never gets boring. (Posted on 5/11/2020)
