Great 30 minute practice culminating in camel pose. I have very tight hips and shoulders/chest from computer work and low back injuries. This would be great for anyone looking for a slow but rejuvenating practice to ease into the day before work. I just got home from work and did it - I find myself feeling less tired with more energy for the rest of the evening. As Eric said below, "quiet yet invigorating" and gently opens the hips and shoulders. (Posted on 9/18/2014)

This is a great gentle half hour class that slowly works to Camel Pose. Sage gives you lots of options for variations along the way. You can modify depending on what you're feeling up to on any particular day. Excellent for those just starting out or for more advanced yogis looking for a quiet yet invigorating practice.
