What's Included:
If you have tight or tired shoulders, neck, or upper back, this is the perfect short sequence to try. We'll practice dynamic movements to release tension in the shoulders and back, and then we will move into longer holds to stretch and release the muscles of the neck. You'll feel the weight lift off your shoulders! You'll need a strap for this sequence, and you may want a blanket or bolster to sit on. If you've been sitting at a desk all day or driving for many hours, this is a great way to re-set your upper body. And it works wonders on pesky neck cricks, too!
