Dancing Warrior helps you build steady heat and then glide into Triangle and Half Moon postures to practice poise in transitions. Wind down with healthy variations of hips openers with an optional supported backbend to open your heart to finish. This is one of Grace's favorite ways to wake up! Please have two blocks available.

This is a new favorite for the morning. It's managed to wake up my full body in a relaxing and enjoyable way. I like to ease into my mornings and this is the perfect addition to get my day started. You'll experience deep stretching and also feel very calm and centered.
