Rachel is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor with experience teaching in the studio, gym, and virtual settings. She also teaches private sessions and workshops. Rachel became a yoga believer when her employer arranged for yoga classes to be offered after work. She was a long-time runner who never took time to stretch and recover. Rachel left her first yoga class with a lightness in her step, a renewed outlook on life, and a new connection with her breath.
