Wake up your body with Stretch + Flow! This practice begins with breathwork, eases into movement with a vinyasa flow, and ends with a rewarding deep stretch and savasana leaving you relaxed and ready for your day.
Stretch + Flow can be adapted for all experience levels, and props such as blocks and straps are encouraged if available.

Hello! My name is Lydia Martin. I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor with over 2000 hours of studio, workshop, gym, and virtual teaching experience. My yoga journey began in 2013 while I was looking for a low impact exercise to help my aches and pains from years of dancing. I joined my local yoga studio and fell in love. I completed my 200 hour training in 2016 and began teaching straight away.
