Spend well-deserved time releasing tension and anxiety with a restorative class. This class is appropriate for all seeking the benefits of a very relaxing and nourishing practice. During the longer holds of restorative yoga poses your muscles and your racing mind are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Restorative classes are very mellow, making them a good complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress. Meditation and breathwork are offered. No yoga experience is needed. Please have a yoga bolster or a stack of pillows for this class.

Rachel is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor with experience teaching in the studio, gym, and virtual settings. She also teaches private sessions and workshops. Rachel became a yoga believer when her employer arranged for yoga classes to be offered after work. She was a long-time runner who never took time to stretch and recover.
