Have a barre or chair, light hand weights, a ball, and socks available.

Combining her passion for health and fitness with years of competitive dance, Chelsea has perfected a signature style of training. She was born and raised in Kansas and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health, Sports, and Exercise Science from the University of Kansas. After college, she started her fitness career in Boston before making LA her home.
