Practice coming into the moment, letting go of wanting and not wanting, and being with the rise and fall of your breath in this challenging Vinyasa flow with Rolf Gates. Practice how you want to be in life on your yoga mat. Start with hip openers to get warmed up and then flow through a standing sequence that will have you moving around your mat. Includes a Side Angle and Triangle flow, Warrior II, Warrior III, and Dancer's pose. Finish with several backbends and reclining poses to stretch out the body and get you ready for a well-deserved Savasana. Have two blocks and a strap available.
