First class from this instructor. Well sequenced with extremely good cues and instruction. I'm not sure that the label of "crazy sweaty flow" or even the "level 2" classification are appropriate. If you're looking to work up a sweat and boost your energy in 30 minutes, there are probably better classes to do this on this site. Great class. He has a very good energy. Only complaint is that the cues are bit too fast. I like to savor my breath a little more and still get sweaty. I understand there are only 30 minutes to do it all in though. I'll probably do it again. (Posted on 5/13/2014)
