I have been using the website since the first of January. I love it! I JUST took this class. I wish that I had started here. The instruction is OUTSTANDING. I have reviewed another class and my opion of that class has not changed. However, I wish I had started my work on this website with this class. I will take her series. Her pace is extremely manageable for me. I have had many yoga classes in studios so I am not a complete novice. However I cannot yet rapidly move through the sequences. Her pace and instructions are manageable. I will recommend that people who are still new in their practice and interested in a regular practice start here. Thank You! (Posted on 1/16/2015)
