I signed up to YogaVibes for Core Fusion classes, but am so pleased to have discovered Danielle in the process. Such a lovely teacher. Her personality is just so refreshing, inspiring and calming that even after a short class I feel so wonderful. The actual workout is great too, interesting and innovative ways to combine weights with yoga flow. (Posted on 7/18/2014)

DD, u r my hero! I used to be a bodybuilder, but now that I am 50, I have gotten bored with traditional weightlifting. Not to mention, a slight loss of energy! So, yoga with weights gives me hope that the beauty, strength, and peace of yoga can be paired with some weight training, to hopefully achieve a dynamic result! John (Posted on 2/28/2013)
