Great class (I have to admit I have a big bias here since I love all her classes on Yogavibes) and a wonderful option when I want to do a quick active yoga workout in the morning. I tend to vary between stretchier 20-25 sessions and this one during the week depending on whether I was active the evening before. Thank you! (Posted on 12/5/2013)
