As we deepen our practice over time, it's natural to deepen our poses and take more challenging variations. When we take deep, challenging poses, we can find substantial rewards; however, we also risk losing the openness that comes naturally in Equal Standing Pose. In this online yoga class, we focus on maintaining our natural length and breath, even as we take poses that ask us to bend, fold and twist in different directions. If we bring a long spine broad collarbones to our deep poses, we may discover more about ourselves, so that we can bring those lessons with us to our daily life. Have two blocks and a blanket available. (64 mins.)

Simple straight forward flow peaking with handstand. Such concise cuing I never had to look at the screen. Some initial distracting background noise but it goes away quickly. (Posted on 4/8/2016)
