This is a perfect practice if you are new to Lauren's class, consider yourself a beginner to vinyasa yoga, or just want a short practice to get your day started. Lauren draws on traditional yoga principles and postures, but gives her own creative, funky edge to each class. If you have two blocks and two blankets available, please have them handy.
