This was a great class, a strong and creative sequence that definitely kicked my *ss, but I think it's more of a level 3 (or 2.5 as another reviewer put it). You can tell Lauren is a skilled instructor, lots of cues and great adjustments for the students in the video! But for such a strong practice to leave you feeling balanced it really needs a slightly longer cool down and Savasana at the end. (Posted on 7/20/2015)

This class is fast paced, which is what I love. When I put 60 minutes into a work out, I want each second to count and Lauren gives you that. With the continuous movement and flow, you also get a great cardio workout in. I definitely give a two thumbs up to this workout. (Posted on 3/11/2014)

Great class, suprised I'm not feeling it today because I sure felt it yesterday during the practice. I do think the class could have used an extra 15 minutes, 5 for warm up at the beginning and 10 to do a decent chavasana. Otherwise great. (Posted on 8/12/2013)
