This hour long vinyasa flow online yoga class incorporates a little bit of everything so you'll leave your mat feeling like you've worked every inch of your body! Begin on your back with core work to warm up your center. Then come up to stand and flow through a sequence that includes low lunge, twisting lunge, and standing splits. You will build heat with four Sun Salutation A's, twitsting chair and core work that includes side plank and forearm side plank. You will work on holding several standing poses, such as extended side angle, revolved extended side angle, triangle, half moon, and revolved half moon. With all of the heat that you've built, you'll take three bow poses and rest in child's pose before closing your practice in a long pigeon pose, a simple twist on your back and then melt into savasana. Have a block or two on hand. Enjoy! (60 mins.)

Great class. There isn't a meditation at the beginning so if that is im;portant to you, do it before you start. (Posted on 6/25/2015)

This is a great class with a good combination of flow, balance, and arm strength building. Cues are perfect for keeping in flow without having to look up at tv. :) (Posted on 2/16/2014)

Excellent flow class that gets the blood flowing the heart pumping. Between the twists and the sweating, this is a great class for cleansing. This is my favorite so far. Looking forward to trying more of Goldie's classes! (Posted on 2/7/2014)

This is the best intermediate flow class that I have found on YogaVibes. Timing and sequencing is excellent. My only wish is that there were a few inversions at the end. (Posted on 12/25/2013)

Very nice morning workout. I appreciated the warm up, since I'd just rolled out of bed. It's true that you finish feeling like you have worked every part of your body. I'd definitely do this again. Assumes a certain amount of knowledge about poses and form, so may not be great for true beginners. (Posted on 8/1/2013)

Challenging, but with a nice flow. Being a runner, I appreciated the long held pigeon poses at the end. (Posted on 7/4/2013)
