A lovely slow practice that did work on many lateral stretches, but got just enough into the hamstrings as well. I had the same deep relaxation afterwards that I usually get only after a yin practice. (Posted on 2/5/2015)

This practice really helped unwind the muscle groups where I carry the most stress. The pacing was on point and David's clear instruction, kind manner and soothing voice were a perfect combination. I hope that you will have more videos from him in the future since he introduced me to poses that I haven't ever seen before. I often don't have time for a practice that is more than an hour, so since his videos were less than that made them even more perfect! (Posted on 10/5/2014)
