She brings her dance background, expertise in movement and inspiring energy to each class. This was a good workout. I prefer fast-paced, cardio-based or weights-based yoga that spikes your heart rate. This class did not incorporate weights or cardio, but was still a good video that made me sweat and got my heart rate up. Plus, this teacher is exceptional! She makes class interesting and brings a great energy to the class. I wish she had more yoga videos on this site. (Posted on 1/3/2017)
