Excellent cardio workout. This workout is actually listed as a yoga workout but even if you are not into yoga it is so easy to modify and get the same effective cardio workout. I love Tammy's style - it goes by quick and the pace is fast but very doable. Love the running planks and all the squats - I really felt it all over. I also liked the ab workout at the end.
