I loved loved LOVED this class....the pace was great. I really worked up a sweat and felt like I got a complete class in in under 30 min1!! I added my own head stand / shoulder stand practice as well as a backbend sequence and forward folds and then a quick savasana at the end. But if I would have been in a hurry the class would still have been complete just the way it was. I really like this instructor too...first time I try one of his classes! (Posted on 3/28/2014)
