Great class! Kino has a great talent for teaching, and often will offer common modifications for practitioners that are still learning deeper expressions of a pose. I'd recommend it for intermediate ashtanga practitioners and those wanting to learn the beginnings of the primary series. It is a very challenging and wonderful practice! (Posted on 4/2/2014)

I absolutely loved Kino's class. I am an intermediate yogi, beginner at ashtanga, I was able to keep up with the practice, and if needed she always showed modifications when needed.
If you are an intermediate, advanced, and have good flexibility I recommend this class! (Posted on 12/6/2013)
