This is not a level 1 class. It is more like intermediate to advanced. Also, no modifications were given, nor encouragements to use props to make poses more accessible for a true level 1 student. Disappointed in this one. (Posted on 2/3/2016)

My experience with yoga, while being instructed by Dana, is a process of developing an awareness of my body & mind. During yoga practice, I feel the heat rise into and throughout my body; then comes noticing my self limiting beliefs and being able to go beyond that. Which then I experience an opening and expanding of which words cannot even begin to describe. The funny thing is I don't find yoga, Yoga finds me.
