What's Included:
There are times when even the most committed yogi in the world doesn't feel like getting on his/her yoga mat. This is a short and sweet practice that moves your body in a gentle, yet energetic way. By the end of class, I promise that your perspective on life will be refreshed and your breathing will be more fulfilling. You'll to feel better all around. Do this to get in the mood for a longer practice. Or, do it on those days when there is no time or juice left within you for a longer practice. Have a blanket available.

Jeanne Heileman
Jeanne Heileman was first introduced to the practice in 1985. Since then, she's been a devoted student of many different yoga styles and yoga related healing modalities, including Tantra, ParaYoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Ayurveda. Since completing her yoga teacher training in 1996, Jeanne has traveled the world to share her powerful teachings. Her inimitable, spirited style combines substance and superb cues with some humor.
