I have used this video to recover from a back strain where I could barely stand up straight or walk afterwards, and it helped me recover from that and get back to my regular exercise. I also use it on those days when I just have a twinge of lower back pain, and I get instant relief as I got through the postures and am pain free by the end. (Posted on 2/19/2016)
