What's Included:
This class begins by getting intimate with your breath as you start reclining. Then, you will slowly open the hips and awaken the spine before moving into core work. You will have the opportunity for free-form dance movement, along with holding and exploring poses at your level. Options to practice balancing, twisting, and inversions are all present. End with a blissful savasana. Have a block and strap available.

Hala Khouri, M.A., SEP, E-RYT has been teaching yoga and the movement arts for over 20 years. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where she is also currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Depth Psychology with a specialization in Community, Liberation, & Ecopsychology.
