Lillian is an E-RYT 200hr, RYT 500hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, certified AcroYoga instructor, Ayurvedic Health Coach and Holistic Health Coach. Lillian has been practicing Yoga since an early age. She has fond memories of sticking her legs up the wall in yoga classes and chanting mantras with her mom as a young child. Lillian continued to practice yoga throughout high school (shout out to MTV Yoga DVD’s for keeping the practice cool enough for teens) and college.
