This class is the perfect flow! Gigi incorporates all my favorite standing poses, and gets deep into the hips. Nice leg-lifting and twisting core and boat poses. Good side-opening too which is a nice surprise. Tree variations are a highlight with an incorporated arm balance. She doesn't get into binds, and yet still includes a headstand which I find essential! Thank you Gigi! (Posted on 11/24/2014)
