What's Included:
This 60-minute class will allow you to build heat in your body, breathe deeply, and explore hip/heart openers. We begin in low lunges with various arm variations to open our hearts and move into a creative flow comprised of warrior poses, goddess pose, humbling forward folds, juicy hip openers, and awakening back bends. Enjoy!

Michelle Johnson
Michelle Johnson has been practicing yoga since 2000. In May of 2009 she completed a 200 hour Power Yoga Training in Chapel Hill, North Carolina at Franklin Street Yoga Center with Lori Burgwyn. She is currently in a 500 hour yoga training with Stephanie Keach of Asheville Yoga Center. She loves the connection of the mind, body and spirit and brings that into all of her classes.
