Good end of the day workout Review by Kimberly
This is a good workout to do at the end of the day to unwind, but I wouldn't make it my primary workout. I did this in the morning (as my primary workout) and felt like I needed to do another workout afterwards. It does not get your heart rate up and I barely broke a sweat, but it was a relaxing and therapeutic flow. If you're looking for an easy way to unwind, this is a great class, but if you're looking to burn some calories, this is not it. (Posted on 2/14/2017)

The best yoga class on the internet, such good clear cueing and mix of challenge and then longer holds. Goldie is the best, this class reminds me why my mat feels like home :) (Posted on 6/22/2016)

My first Goldie class, a moving meditation. Looking forward to her other classes. (Posted on 1/29/2016)

This was a great level 2 class. The sequence built but without being too repetitive. I agree that there are virtually no alignment cues, but if you're at this level than it is probably not necessary. Her cueing was excellent and I never had to look at the video. The pace was a little slower than some of her other classes, but not really "slow" in the grand scheme of yoga. (Posted on 7/9/2015)

Excellent cues. That class has been carefully designed to make you twist, bend and bind. I would have enjoyed that class even better if the teacher had introduced a bit of yoga philosophy int that sequence, something to nourish my mind and not only my body. (Posted on 1/19/2014)

An extremely well put together class that is perfect for level two students. Her instruction is so clear that you can simply flow through the poses and it is just challenging enough. Definitely going in my "favorites' file! (Posted on 12/12/2013)

That was a fabulous class!! Perfect cueing. Didn't need to watch the video. Super smooth, and no extra words. Lots of sweat and peace. Thank you! (Posted on 9/14/2013)

This class was steady and smooth and built up nicely. All the twists felt great. Namaste! (Posted on 8/25/2013)

This is one of my favorite classes on YV. It's a fast enough pace to work up a sweat and I feel completely wrung out afterward. There are plenty of twists and forward folds and some backbending. All it's missing is an inversion. Otherwise....fabulous class!!! Please more classes from Goldie. (Posted on 7/2/2013)
