Another class for those of us with smaller snippets of time... you get right into it with Gigi and you'll feel this class, both physically and on deeper levels as well. Some hard stuff, but she's gentle throughout. Great instructions, especially helpful when you are lying on the ground! (Posted on 9/13/2013)
