This short class is superb. Unlike some shorter flows it does not feel rushed, and so leaves one feeling refreshed and peaceful. Sarah does not feel the need to talk the whole time, allowing one to go deeper within. Highly recommended, but not for beginners. (Posted on 4/25/2013)
