This class is open to all levels of practice. Didn't get my heart rate up Review by Kimberly
I was looking for a yoga class that would get my heart rate up and work my muscles. Basically, I just needed a good workout, not a stretch. I have really enjoyed this teacher's other classes, but this one left me feeling like I wasted my time and did not get in a good workout. This would be fine as an end of the day workout, but if you've only got an hour to work out before work, as I do, and need a challenging workout to be relaxed for the day, I would not suggest this video.
