Sangeeta teaches vinyasa style classes that are challenging, well balanced, grounding and empowering. Great class to take at the end of the day or any time you need to feel grounded. Sangeeta's instruction is clear and precise and there is no need to even look at your screen to see what you need to do. I've taken classes with her in person and it's nice to see that her calming presence translates even through video. (Posted on 8/8/2015)
