One of my most favorite videos on here. I love her style. The instructor has a clear, calm manner and gives directions and some technical comments in a confident way - helpful but no over-chattiness or filler speech. The first 10 minutes are a little more energetic, and then it becomes a little quieter in time for a soothing shavasana that is actually long enough to sink into.

Great class to take at the end of the day or any time you need to feel grounded. Sangeeta's instruction is clear and precise and there is no need to even look at your screen to see what you need to do.
