Perfect slow morning warm up Review by Erica
This is the perfect warm up or cool down...she starts slow, but jumps right into variations on sun salutation to deeply stretch the whole body. It speeds up just marginally as she adds in triangle and other poses. Perfect for a morning when I just want to open up and release tension. (Posted on 1/18/2019)
