I was drawn to Forrest yoga from the moment I found the website. However, classes were too far away, (and quite frankly a bit out of my price range.) Knowing that yogavibes.com has these amazing videos from Ana is a huge plus!

As for this video- I absolutely love doing this one when I'm feeling lazy, but know that I really NEED to do yoga. (Posted on 8/21/2012)
