I love the combination of "sweetness" and "spiciness."
DeSiato's instructions are clear and her tone is soothing and encouraging.
This will be a practice I return to often.
BTW, I struggled mightily and worked up a sweat even. Don't be fooled by the word gentle! (Posted on 12/28/2020)
