This is one of my favorite sessions to do in the morning when I'm short on time but want to feel like I've worked a bit. It's fast paced enough to work up your heartbeat and be challenging. I still have not mastered the more advanced poses like the flying split or head stand so there's always something to work up to, but she allows for those who are not quite there to still be active during those times. Hi! This is my first class with yogavibes. I wish the class was just a little bit slower paced, felt bit rushed like you were trying to squeeze in as much as you can in 35 min. And I couldn't help but hearing a constant "whooshing" background noise like car was going thru, or a vacuum was going. What is that? (Posted on 9/4/2018)
