Filmed at Yoga Tree, this intermediate 5-part series includes Vinyasa mini-practices aimed at increasing the flexibility of your hips and hamstrings. These practices will inform you on what areas of your body need more opening or strengthening, so you can experience more balance and comfort in your asana practice. We recommend you complete one practice each day (or two if time permits!) and then, end with the restorative hip-opening sequence. This series is great for office-workers or anyone that spends a lot of time sitting!
