Join Chrys Kub for a therapeutic yoga class that introduces a holistic approach to core strength. First, you'll move through foam rolling and small ball self-massage techniques designed to release holding patterns in the hips, glutes, and diaphragm. Balance that out by strengthening the core in a forearm plank sequence, then pull out the foam roller again to release tension in the side body and triceps. Props needed for this class: foam roller, small massage therapy balls (or tennis balls), a yoga block, and a gerdy massage ball (or small blanket).

Chrys Kub

Chrys Kub is a certified yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapy and an integrative physical therapist. In 2000, she began her journey with yoga and began to integrate therapeutic techniques within her practice and teaching. Chrys' signature style, FitYogaTherapy, provides an experience which brings together asana, breath and therapeutic tools to persons who are fit as well as those who are healing injuries.
