Match your movement to your breath to build steadiness and focus, releasing tension and softening. Release all that does not serve you by breathing deeper into resistance! This sequence ends with a long hold in pigeon pose and drops you off into deep relaxation, leaving you feeling renewed and open. Have a block or blanket available.
