Really enjoyed this class...thoroughly covers everything but inversions , slow, steady, deep instructions that help bring attention to the breath over and over. Great for all levels. Thanks to Rolf (Posted on 1/10/2014)

This is another amazing class by Rolf. Perfect pace and intensity and appropriate for all levels. This class does not include inversions but touches on everything else. Love this guy!! Please more classes from him! (Posted on 9/1/2013)
