I really enjoyed this class. I managed to do this class with my children aged 7 and 5 at home and found it to be a good class when you are feeling flat and don't have time for a full practice. I enjoyed the sun salutations and the instructors reminders for breathing. I was able to shut out the noise my children were making whilst they were playing.
