Perfect post-cleansing practice! Review by Lillian
I'm nearing the end of a seasonal cleanse and this was the perfect practice. I enjoyed the steady movement, twists and breathwork. It got me moving to support the detox without being overly challenging. (Posted on 4/9/2019)

This video only consists of maybe 20 minutes of actual work. This is a good video for an end of the day stretch, but I made the mistake of doing it as my primary workout, and I'll need to do another workout after this because this wasn't sufficient. (Posted on 6/25/2017)

This is NOT a "crazy sweaty flow" BUT it is a good short class starting with a 5 minute breathing practice to wake up your body before your morning shower. (Posted on 6/13/2016)

I really enjoyed this class. I managed to do this class with my children aged 7 and 5 at home and found it to be a good class when you are feeling flat and don't have time for a full practice. I enjoyed the sun salutations and the instructors reminders for breathing. I was able to shut out the noise my children were making whilst they were playing. This class would be good for a morning practice if you are short on time. (Posted on 8/29/2013)

A very good 45 minute class when you don't quite have enough time for a full practice. Really appreciate the focus on detoxing, both physically as well as emotionally and psychically. Once again, the teacher and class make themselves ready when the student is ready! (Posted on 6/27/2013)

I find some of her descriptions a bit confusing, and her timing (especially at the beginning when she is explaining yoga breaths) a bit jerky... However did get a good workout from it, and felt energized. (Posted on 5/23/2013)
