Hala Khouri, M.A., SEP, E-RYT has been teaching yoga and the movement arts for over 20 years. I really enjoyed this class! Very soothing and relaxing but also very powerful and strengthening at the same time. I LOVED the music she played throughout the class! I wish I knew the soundtrack, CD, or group so that I could get a copy of it. Great class! (Posted on 9/22/2012)
