This was exactly what I was looking for - a short class with some repetitive movements that help open up the joints without being overly vigorous. I do not find this to be like kundalini at all (as another reviewer suggested); however, there are a few brief sequences repeated about 4-5 times (three legged dog down into a pigeon bak up switch side and repeat), which is where I thin the "hint" of kundalini comes from. I loved this sequence as it really helps get the joints lubricated, and was then followed by a longer pigeon, into which I could more easily "sink" due to having already opened up the joint. Very clear instruction and a nice short practice. I'm glad to find a good practice I can do later in the evening especially since my work schedule requires me to work until later. Some practices energize me too much at the end of the day and I can't sleep. Mot Vinyasa classes do...but this one is great! And a good length for a shortened practice! (Posted on 2/8/2013)
