What's Included:
In this arm balancing flow we'll keep focus on the theme of core and Crow Pose (Bakasana). Class will begin with mild core work, twists and Sun Salutations, and then proceed to arm balances. We'll then counter-balance our arm balances with twists and heart openers and lengthening the side body. This Level 2/3 class is great for those who are still learning to "take off" into crow, as well as those who are proficient in soaring with their crow. Have a block available if you are still working on lifting off into crow pose.
