Did 1 & 2 of this core series today and both were great short little workouts for when time is limited but you still want to break a sweat! Love the energy of the teacher very uplifting and easy to follow, can't wait to try the 3rd class!! ( was a bit too tired to go for it today) (Posted on 1/25/2015)
