Great for core and cardio Review by Erica
I actually found this class easier to do (from a core strength perspective) than the first class, and I appreciated the plank running, which really got my heart beat up. Nicely intense workout in a very short time. (Posted on 4/10/2020)

Did 1 & 2 of this core series today and both were great short little workouts for when time is limited but you still want to break a sweat! Love the energy of the teacher very uplifting and easy to follow, can't wait to try the 3rd class!! ( was a bit too tired to go for it today) (Posted on 1/26/2015)
