Excellent core tutorial! Review by Sunny
Alexandra’s videos are wonderful. Her jovial approach makes really hard work seem such fun! I gave this tutorial 4 stars only because I prefer it when the instructor does both sides of an exercise. I never, ever do any form of exercise on my own without instruction, so when it’s necessary to rewind, it breaks my flow and concentration and I end up not doing it. Having said that, it’s a perfect video for those with more discipline! (Posted on 12/5/2020)
