I love this teacher! She's challenging but gives modifications, encouraging and fun! I like that she has a fun personality, kicks your butt and helps you embrace life balance all at the same time! Definitely loving this class. Challenging but also gives modifications for us yogis who may not have all the core strength they need to get into the full posture. It's a fun class and one I will be coming back to for sure! (Posted on 1/25/2014)

Loved it. Loved it. Loved it. I learned to (almost) do a standing handstand, jump (properly) up from dog to forward bend, get rid of what you don't need...I have been doing yoga for a while, and I learned a lot from Sadie. Great lesson in form! Can't say enough great things about this class. The students were great to watch and very inspiring.
