I have been practicing with the Core Fusion DVDs at home for about 2 years but never taken a live class, and have just joined Yoga Vibes. I found the arm exercises on this class really challenging and interesting/new combinations compared to what I have done on the DVDs. The prompting by the teacher was great and just my style - just frequent gentle encouragement - I don't do well with slightly spells or teachers that are too peppy/loud. I really liked the reminder in the standing leg work to think you are still in plank for your core, that really worked for me. The pretzel work was great and I really felt it, and I think I understood positioning more than I had from the DVDs. (Posted on 9/12/2013)
